Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from MONETT MAISON. If you wish to return a product, please review the conditions and instructions below.
1. Purchases via other sellers
Have you purchased a MONETT MAISON product through a third-party seller or retailer? In that case, the product cannot be returned directly to us. We kindly advise you to contact the respective seller and follow their return policy.
2. Returns via our webshop
For purchases made directly through the official MONETT MAISON webshop, a return period of 14 days applies from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may return (part of) your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not damaged.
- Personalized products and gift cards are excluded from returns.
- Sale items may not always be eligible for return.
3. Shipping and return costs
3.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3.2 Where legally required, original shipping costs (from the webshop to the customer) will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
3.3 In case of a partial return, only the amount of the returned products will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used or damaged.
- The product is not excluded from returns (such as opened hygiene products).
- The product is not personalized or custom-made.
- The order does not concern an urgent repair or expedited request.
- You have not explicitly waived your right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the last product or part of your order.

- Your order number
- The products you wish to return
- Your withdrawal request
After registering your return, you must send the product back to us within 14 days. If you fail to do so, your right of withdrawal will expire.
5. Refunds
5.1 Once we have received and inspected your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email.
5.2 The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving your return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
5.3 Where legally required, original shipping costs will also be refunded, provided the entire order has been returned.
5.4 Return shipping costs are not reimbursed and remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or incorrect products upon delivery
We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt. If your product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours via info@monettmaison.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
We will review your request and, if necessary, offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund. Please note: minor damage to the shipping box does not qualify as a damage claim.
